During the joint measures against illegal migration carried out by the State Migration Service and the State Security Service of Azerbaijan, 31 foreigners who overstayed their visas have been detained at various addresses in Baku, a joint statement by the aforementioned services said, Ednews reports.
It was determined that these persons came to the territory of the country by being deceived by the promise of engaging in labor activities in the Republic of Azerbaijan in exchange for 2,500 US dollars through a tourism company located abroad.
