In 2016, 147 objects for the total amount of 31 billion tenge are privatized, the Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov reported about it during the meeting of the government. However the Head of state, having addressed already the Prime minister, emphasized what needs to be weighed attentively: what objects to give for privatization. According to the President, the government has no system approach to these a question, BNews.kz correspondent reported.

In 2016, 147 objects for the total amount of 31 billion tenge are privatized. Thereby total number of implementation following the results of the second wave reached 394 objects for 106 billion tenge. 

"Pre-sale preparation of the strategic objects left on privatization in 2019-2020 will come to the end in 2018. The list of the privatized objects was replenished with 105 entities," Bakhyt Sultanov reported during the meeting of the government.

The head of state emphasized what in this question needs to be considered well: what objects approach under privatization not to repeat last mistakes.

"The verbose reply of the government isn't necessary. I would like to tell Sagintayev (The prime minister - a comment of the author) that there shall be a system work to manage all these spheres. This is not about that to distribute all. What part of economy shall remain in a state-owned property? We had such situations when back it was necessary to redeem the privatized entities at the expense of state fund. What we distributed in due time. And now we speak about privatization because the government has no system approach to these questions. About results of the carried-out work next year there shall be other report. The Ministry of Finance has a heavy responsibility," the President of Kazakhstan said.
