Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan discuss interparliamentary cooperation

Ambassador of Kyrgyzstan to Pakistan Erik Beishembiyev met Coordinator of Pakistan-Kyrgyzstan Parliamentary Friendship Group at the National Assembly of Pakistan Dr. Seemi Bukhari on November 6, the Foreign Ministry of Kyrgyzstan said, Eurasia Diary reports citing AKIpress.

The sides discussed interparliamentary cooperation, exchange of visits, stepped up activities of Pakistan-Kyrgyzstan Parliamentary Friendship Groups, development of commercial, economic, cultural, humanitarian ties between two countries.

Ambassador Beishembiyev underlined deep historic roots of bilateral relations and outlined investment opportunities in connection with Kyrgyzstan’s Eurasian Economic Union membership and GSP+ status, transit potential of the countries.
