The Netherlands will close its Consulate General in St. Petersburg today.
Ednews.net reports that the government of the Netherlands issued an official statement about this.
In the statement, the reason for the closure of the Consulate General was the lack of staff due to Russia's refusal to issue visas.
At the same time, it was noted that the discussions on the issue of appointing diplomats between the two countries have been suspended since March last year.
