Former United States President Donald Trump claimed at a rally in Las Vegas, Nevada, that his country possibly has more oil supplies than Saudi Arabia but that the current head of state Joe Biden's administration did not make the most of it and became too reliant on foreign sources.
Trump mentioned the supplies he believes can be found in Alaska and slammed Biden's decision to cease the operations of the Keystone pipeline. "We would be making so much money for our country with liquid gold beneath our feet," he insisted. Commenting on the Biden administration's moves, Trump noted that "you cannot be stupid and cheat in elections like they did" and that the explanation must be that "they hate our country."
Trump went on to underscore that "I'm a believer in the environment," but that the American people have the right to choose how they want to run their cars and not be forced into buying electric vehicles (EVs).
