Russian Duma's Chairman of the Committee on International Affairs Leonid Slutsky (pictured) claimed that Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky admitted his country's "responsibility for state terrorism."
Slutsky pointed out that Zelensky stated during a virtual appearance at the Aspen Security Forum that Kiev's goal is to "neutralize" the Crimean Bridge which represents an "enemy facility built outside the international laws."
Earlier this week, Moscow accused Ukraine of a "terrorist" attack on the Kerch Bridge.
