President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has responded to the statement of Warsaw about the advancement of the fighters of Russia’s PMC “Wagner” to the borders of Poland, Ednews informs referring to BelTA.
During a meeting with residents of the agro-town of Belovezhsky in the Kamenetsky district, Lukashenko said that the information about the deployment of a detachment of one hundred people of the Wagner PMC on the Belarusian-Polish border is not true.
“Fighters of the PMC Wagner moved only in order to transfer combat experience to the brigades that are concentrated in Brest and Grodno,” the president of Belarus stressed.
