White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre urged on Wednesday the DPRK to cease its arms deal with Russia while slamming the country over the launch of two ballistic missiles.
"We condemn the DPRK's latest ballistic missile launch. We remain committed to a diplomatic approach to the DPRK and call on the DPRK to remain engaged in dialogue," she said during a press conference.
At the same time, the White House representative took the opportunity to criticize the Kremlin over its implication in the death of Wagner Group leader Yevgeny Prigozhin, reiterating that the "Kremlin has a long history of killing opponents."
