Hezbollah Secretary General Hassan Nasrallah said in a speech on Wednesday that if Israel decides to wage war against Lebanon, the group will fight with no limits.
"If the enemy thinks about waging war against Lebanon, then our fighting will be with no ceiling, with no limits, with no rules. And they know what I mean," Nasrallah said. "We are not afraid of war. We don't fear it. We are not hesitant. If we were, we would have stopped at the front."
Nasrallah's remarks come a day after an alleged Israeli drone strike that killed Hamas deputy chief Saleh al-Arouri in Beirut, the Lebanese capital. In his lengthy address, Nasrallah claimed that yesterday's crime crossed the line, calling the act "dangerous." Although Tel Aviv has not confirmed its responsibility for the attack, if true, it would be the first of its kind since 2006.
