Russian Armed Forces killed 410 soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in the Donetsk region on Saturday and "improved the situation along the front line," TASS reported, citing Vadim Astafyev, head of the press center of the troops involved in the assault.
Russian troops, supported by artillery and air strikes, assaulted the 24th Mechanized, 3rd and 92nd Assault Brigades of the AFU in the areas of Nove, Bohdanivka, Andriivka and Kurdiumivka, which resulted in the deaths of up to 410 soldiers of the AFU and the destruction of two armored combat vehicles and 12 unspecified vehicles.
Astafyev added that two 152-mm 2A65 Msta-B howitzers and a 152-mm 2S1 Gvozdika self-propelled artillery mount were also destroyed during the attack.
