A few hours before the peace agreement signed, Armenia has used the "Iskender" rocket against Azerbaijan.
Eurasia Diary reports citing the "The Drive"- American Press.
American Press states that the exact date and time is unknown but, all of the evidence approve that the Armenian side has used "Iskender" rockets, not the Soviet Union's "Tochka" ballistic missiles.
"These are the newest and most powerful short-range ballistic missiles Armenia bought from Russia in 2016.", The Drive wrote.
It also noted that Armenia is the only country that has bought the export version called "Iskender-E" of this weapon system.
