"The victory of the victorious army of Azerbaijan is a matter of a moment. Our army knows that the terrorist forces mostly use the civilian population as lions and trenches. The separatists want to involve civilians in a conversation about large-scale genocide, Let them reach out to the international community and make some noise. The positions where the terrorist militants were concentrated were destroyed. Now it remains to eliminate these terrorists. I believe that if we show a little patience in Karabakh, we will witness the waving of the Azerbaijani flag in Khankendi."

Umud Mirzayev, president of the International Eurasia Press Fund, said this to Ednews.  According to him, the illegal Armenian armed forces are punished for their provocations. Their traditions of political terror are dying these days. I believe that the just war for the complete liberation of the rest of the territories of Karabakh of Azerbaijan will result in victory. And terrorism against the civilian population is a "red line" that we will not allow anyone to cross!"Azerbaijan continues to fight for justice. Our army began local anti-terrorist measures, and this was provoked by the Armenian separatists. The last moment was the provocation that occurred in Khojavend, where civilians and Interior Ministry employees died after falling on a recently planted mine.”

U. Mirzayev noted that the situation inside Armenia remains tense at the moment. Chaos reigns in Yerevan. Armenian citizens are in a panic. The police use force. What they did toward us in the 90s, we are doing them now.

"In our lands, contaminated by Armenians, cases of mining occur almost frequently. In the territories liberated from occupation and subject to 30 years of slavery, dangerous ammunition and mines are discovered every day. After the war, we saw almost 90 percent of our historic lands contaminated by unexploded ordnance and mines.”

The IEPF president noted that large-scale mining of territories in Karabakh is actually considered a great disaster for the region and a serious environmental problem. Along with large-scale destruction in Karabakh and its surrounding regions, the irregular burial of landmines is currently creating great difficulties for Azerbaijan:
