The Ministry of Health in Gaza said on Friday that the death toll of people killed in the enclave since the beginning of the ongoing conflict between Israel and Hamas rose to 17,478.
The ministry also reported that a total of 46,480 people have been wounded since the regional war started.
Additionally, the Health Ministry spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra stated at a press briefing that 350 Palestinians were killed and 558 injured just in the past several hours. He also stressed that 70% of victims in Gaza were women and children.
