In accordance with the Action Plan, the parties agreed to hold events dedicated to the 100th anniversary of the National Leader of Azerbaijan, Heydar Aliyev, in Dagestan and the memory of the outstanding statesman Aziz Aliyev, and the 100th anniversary of the People's Poet of Dagestan Rasul Hamzatov in Azerbaijan.
