OPEC+ countries participating in the agreement (an initiative to reduce oil production involving OPEC and non-OPEC countries) increased daily oil production by 70,000 barrels to 37.03 million in June, according to the monthly report of the International Energy Agency, Ednews reports.
According to the report, the 19 member countries of the alliance with quotas produced 36.96 million barrels per day in May, and in June this indicator was 37.03 million. Thus, during the reporting period, daily production increased by 70,000 barrels. At the same time, the difference between the quota and real daily production was 2.55 million barrels.
In addition, oil production in all 23 OPEC+ countries (including the participants of the agreement exempted from the quota) increased by 30 thousand barrels in June to 43.62 million.
