The first meeting of the working group on macroeconomic stability was held at the Central Bank of Azerbaijan, Ednews informs, citing the bank.
At the meeting, detailed information was presented on the results of monitoring and evaluation of 15 measures for the first half of 2023 within the framework of three areas of activity “Goals of resilience to internal and external influences” reflected in the Strategy for the Socioconomic Development of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2022-2026 and extensive discussions were held with members of the working group and high-ranking employees of the Central Bank to further improve the efficiency of the activities carried out.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Central Bank, the Ministry of Economy, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population, the Center for Analysis of Economic Reforms and Communications, the State Oil Fund, the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund, the Deposit Insurance Fund and the Agrarian Insurance Fund.
