At a recent international conference in Baku, Zahid Oruc, Chairman of the Board of the Center for Social Research, proposed the establishment of a "Turkic World Science Center" at Karabakh University.
EDnews inform that also suggested the creation of a "Turkic World Higher Music School" in the region, emphasizing its cultural significance.
Additionally, Oruc recommended displaying the flags of ancient and modern Turkic states in Khankendi. He highlighted that collaboration in science and education, supported by sociological research, is crucial for strengthening relations among Turkic states. Oruc also praised the "Turkic Barometer" project by the Turkic Academy, which aims to conduct comprehensive scientific studies across Turkic countries to develop strategic roadmaps for the future.
