Cooperation in agriculture, machinery, and industry was also explored, along with training programs for agricultural specialists and expert exchanges. The leaders emphasized the importance of cultural exchanges and diplomatic collaboration, aiming to strengthen the bond between the two countries further.

President Lukashenko for attending COP29, emphasizing the significance of Belarus’s participation in the summit. The leaders noted a 41% increase in bilateral trade turnover, reflecting the deepening economic relations between Azerbaijan and Belarus.Belarusian companies’ involvement in rebuilding Azerbaijan’s liberated territories was highlighted, including the construction of modular homes and infrastructure development. President Aliyev also thanked Belarus for donating tractors to the city of Shusha, aiding in agricultural restoration.
This meeting reflects the ongoing commitment of Azerbaijan and Belarus to enhance their bilateral relations through strategic partnerships and mutual support in various sectors.
