The Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit on February 27-28 Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan, visits will be dated for the 25 anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations of Russia with these republics, Assistant to the President of the Russian Federation Yury Ushakov said journalists.
"Putin will visit Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Kyrgyzstan on February 27-28," he said.
Ushakov noted that "a background for all three visits is the celebration of the 25 anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations with these three countries," TASS reports.
Today, on Monday, February 27 Nursultan Nazarbayev and Vladimir Putin will meet in Almaty.
"As expected, topical issues of a bilateral cooperation in trade and economic and cultural and humanitarian spheres, in energy and space, and also key subjects of the international agenda will be discussed," reported in the Kremlin press service. "Leaders will mention some aspects of further promotion of the Eurasian integration."
On the same day the Russian President will put "a short, but official visit" to Tajikistan. In Dushanbe Putin's conversation with the President of Tajikistan Emomalii Rahmon in narrow structure, then expanded negotiations, a ceremony of signing of joint documents, the statement and a formal reception in honor of the Russian delegation is planned. "It is planned that during summit talks exchange of opinions on the prospects of trade and investment, cultural and scientific and educational interaction of Russia and Tajikistan, some regional problems will take place," the Kremlin press service noted.
On Tuesday, February 28 the Russian President will take off for Bishkek where negotiations with the President of Kyrgyzstan Almazbek Atambayev in narrow structure, then negotiations with participation of delegations, signing of bilateral documents, the statement and a working lunch will take place.
"Heads of states will discuss a wide range of questions of the Russian-Kyrgyz cooperation in political, economic and humanitarian areas, and also the prospects of expansion of cooperation within the Eurasian Economic Union," the Kremlin emphasized.
As expected, the visit schedule to Kyrgyzstan will come to the end in the evening on February 28, Ushakov said.
