Members of the Independent Permanent Human Rights Commission of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation, who visited Azerbaijan at the invitation of the Ombudsman to conduct a fact-finding mission in the liberated territories, have conducted an independent investigation into violations in Tartar and Ganja, which were attacked by Armenian forces during the 44-day war, it has been reflected in the report of the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2021, which will be discussed in the Parliamentary Committee on Human Rights on March 1, APA reports.
It was noted that based on the mentioned facts, a report was developed by Independent Permanent Commission on Human Rights of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation.
