Session of the Council of Ministers of Foreign Affairs of the CIS member states kicks off in Samarkand, Ednews reports citing Uzbekistan bureau of Sputnik.
It was noted that MFA heads of the CIS and General Secretary of organization Sergey Lebedev are already in Samarkand Congress Center.
Azerbaijan is represented by Deputy Foreign Minister Khalaf Khalafov.
