It is vital that we continue our work to end wars, ensure justice and accountability is vital, said President of the Republic of Estonia Alar Karis in his letter of congratulation addressed to President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on the occasion of Azerbaijan's National Day - the Independence Day, Ednews reports.
"We also hope that mutually beneficial peace treaty will be signed between Azerbaijan and Armenia, which will have a positive and long-term impact on stability and prosperity in the entire South Caucasus region," the President of Estonia noted.
