On September 11, at about 08:30, illegal Armenian armed detachments in the territory of Azerbaijan, where Russian peacekeeping forces are temporarily stationed, using a dog as a kamikaze attempted to commit a terrorist act against the servicemen of the Azerbaijan Army who were on combat duty in the direction of the Khojavend region. Thus, illegal Armenian armed detachments attached a Radio Controlled Improvised Explosive Device (RCIED) to the dog, forcing it to move toward Azerbaijan Army positions.
The Armenian gunmen’s attempt to launch the improvised explosive device attached to the dog that entered the positions of the Azerbaijan Army in order to increase the scale of the terrorist provocation and cause even more damage to military personnel was suppressed due to the vigilance of the Azerbaijan Army servicemen.
Umud Mirzayev, president of the International Eurasia Press Fund, told Ednews about it. According to him, IEPF has repeatedly written statements against the provocations of Armenia and sent the statements to international organizations. The current event is another fact of Armenians. Now separatist Armenian armed groups are using animals for provocation purposes:

They are not stopped by their repeated provocations, terrorism, and polluting our land with mines. Their vandalism against children and innocent people is not forgotten. They destroyed my house and polluted my land with mines. What they are doing today is a shame in the name of humanity. What does it mean to set off an explosive device on an innocent dog? What kind of humanity is this? The eyes of the world are on the South Caucasus region, what they are doing is an unimaginable step. IEPF has chosen the motto "Peace at home, peace in the country, peace in the world" and constantly strives for a peaceful ending of conflicts. We have also received a statement regarding the recent events."
U. Mirzayev noted that the invading Armenia, which ignores the norms and principles of international law and does not think about it, continues to create an "agenda" in the region with its continuous provocations.
"I strongly condemn these provocations. I addressed the international community to hear the true voice of Azerbaijan. The determination of our state, the will of our people, international support against the background of our propaganda based on historical facts and real truths, and the creation of a solid legal basis for the resolution of the conflict create the basis for the problem to find its fair solution soon. The world's leading states and influential international institutions should finally understand the truth and take concrete steps to impose sanctions against Armenia and the separatist regime in order to solve the problem of peace and protection of human rights in the South Caucasus. I would like to remind you of the 4 resolutions of the UN, unfortunately, the fact that Armenia and the separatist regime ignore these resolutions, and the indifference of this prestigious international institution and the world community allows the occupying state to act like this."
