The National Defense Ministry of Türkiye has congratulated the state and people of Azerbaijan on the occasion of November 8 – Victory Day, and November 9 – National Flag Day, spokesperson for the ministry, Zeki Akturk, told a weekly briefing, Ednews informs.
He said that Türkiye and Azerbaijan will always continue to be together with the principle of "two states, one nation".
