Georgia cannot take sides in the Azerbaijani-Armenian conflict, said Prime Minister of Georgia Irakli Garibashvili at the panel discussion of the Paris Peace Forum, Ednews reports citing APA.
Garibashvili stressed that Georgia has friendly relations with both countries, therefore it shows 100 percent neutrality.
"Georgia has strategic partnership relations, friendly relations with Azerbaijan, and also has friendly relations with brotherly Armenia. Georgia cannot be biased, we are 100 percent neutral and cannot take sides in this situation. My friend Nikol Pashinyan knows this position well. I can say the same about my friend Ilham Aliyev," said Garibashvili.
The prime minister added that Georgia's neutrality is significant for the entire region.
