The Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan refused to create a special department for issues of Armenian origin residents of Azerbaijan’s Garabagh, Samvel Babayan, the ex “minister of defence” of former so called regime in Garabagh said in his interview to journalists, Ednews reports citing Sputnik Armenia.
Babayan said that the reasons for refusal is unknown, because he did not personally meet and dialogue with Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
