Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov described on Thursday the state of affairs within the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) as "deplorable."
Speaking at the group's ministerial meeting in Skopje, Lavrov noted the future of the OSCE is "unclear."
Lavrov's comments came after Ukraine, the Baltic countries, and Poland withdrew from the summit after Russia was invited to participate Ednews reports.
