Elia Varela-Serra and Jurgen Speidel, long-term observers from the OSCE Bureau of Democratic Institutions and Human Rights, were present at Khankendi Polling Station No. 7.
According to reports from Ednews, these foreign representatives met with the observer from the İEPF who is actively participating in the polling process.
The OSCE observers diligently monitored the activity of the population and the overall election process. They also conveyed their birthday wishes to the President of İEPF, Umud Mirzayev, through the İEPF observer.
It is worth noting that on December 31, OSCE long-term observers Elia Varela-Serra and Jurgen Speidel visited the Tartar Regional Vocational Training Center.
