The second day of the 3rd International Conference on Mine Action, themed "Mitigating Environmental Impact of Landmines: Resource Mobilization for Safe and Green Future" has kicked off in Baku, Ednews informs.
The event is organized by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and the Azerbaijan National Agency for Mine Action (ANAMA).
The second day of the conference began with a speech by Elchin Amirbayov, the Azerbaijani President's Representative for Special Assignments.
The first day of the conference was held in Zangilan.
