Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan has made serious allegations against Azerbaijan, claiming that the Armenians of Karabakh have been subjected to "ethnic cleansing."
Ednews reports that his remarks came during a speech at the UN High-Level Political Forum on Sustainable Development.
Mirzoyan stated that, despite efforts to combat the global pandemic, Armenia has faced a parallel crisis involving aggression from Azerbaijan, the blockade of "Nagorno-Karabakh", and the forced relocation of approximately 115,000 Armenians. He emphasized that these actions have put Armenia's security at significant risk.
While the Armenian leadership appears to support a peace agreement, concerns remain about their underlying actions, suggesting a complex situation behind the scenes.
