Snce the spread of COVID-19 around the globe, Government of Azerbaijan has declared a pandemic and set a strict quarantine regime.
According to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan No. 144 dated April 18, 2020, the term of the special quarantine regime applied in the country was extended. However, the current sanitary-epidemiological situation with the COVID-19 virus, in particular, the dynamics and geography of the disease, the density of people in quarantine zones, the incidence of the virus among them were analyzed and it was decided to relax some restrictions from April 27, 2020.

Thus, as of April 27, 2020 from 00:00 hours Baku time across the country these areas will be operational:
1) Reception of citizens in "ASAN Service" centers begins with online queuing in advance through the ASAN mobile application, website and call centres.
2) Activities are resumed in the following areas of work and services:
● Individual teaching and tutoring services (excluding group classes)
● Book sales
● newspaper sales
● Sale of stationery
● Printing and copying activities
● photo studios / photo studios
● Cleaning services in individual apartments
● tailoring services
● Sale of cosmetics and perfumes
● Sale of clothes
● Sale of shoes and leather goods
● Sale of gold and other ornaments and pawnshop activities
● Sale and repair of mobile devices, spare parts and accessories
● Sale and repair of computer equipment
● Sale of electronics and home appliances
● furniture sales
● car sales
● Sale of chemical products
● Sale of flowers and plant products
● Sale of agricultural machinery, spare parts and equipment
● Sale of fertilizers and agrochemical products
Restrictions on the activities of the above-mentioned areas under shopping malls and malls remain in force.
Besides that, the time limit on permissions in accordance with 3 codes during the quarantine regime, has been extended by 1 hour, which will be 3-hour term from the following date.
