A competition for the title of “Best Sniper” is being held in the Azerbaijan Combined Arms Army, Ednews reports that Ministry of Defense told this.
The snipers' abilities to overcome obstacles and destroy targets located at different distances were checked in the competition, which was held in order to instill in personnel such characteristics as high endurance, restraint, physical fitness and to identify military personnel with the ability of accurate shooting.
Snipers who completed the assigned tasks on time and accurately were identified and rewarded.
