To celebrate and delight these days the fragrant centenary of the birth of the founding national leader of the modern Republic of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, May Allah have mercy on him.
Who transformed Azerbaijan from a land of pain into a paradise of hope, so that every person aspires to visit it, see it, and enjoy its history, civilization, culture, science, knowledge, trade, economy, beauty, and nature that Allah gives with goodness.

Every Azerbaijani person has the right to delight and celebrate the decision of His Excellency the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev to declare the year 2023 as the “Year of Heydar Aliyev” in the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Why should we celebrate, because no one knows the virtue of the people of credit except his family and people.
As an eyewitness, I visited the Azerbaijani capital "Bakur" and spent a few days in it. I saw a thriving economy and wonderful benign social characteristics, and saw beauty, cleanliness and order in everything that my eyes saw.
If this is indicative, then it indicates efforts that are being made, so remember and be thankful.
I sat with university students and saw in them wonderful meanings in patriotism, love their homeland, and defense of the land and honor.
I felt what their hearts endured from the pain of yesterday from the Armenian occupation of the Azerbaijani lands, and the hope today which reflected on their faces with a beautiful smile after independence and the end of the occupation.
All Azerbaijanis concern to call for a peace, and to end the Armenian occupation of the Azerbaijani lands, and this has been achieved by the grace of Allah at the hands of a wise, firm and rational leadership.
And the Azerbaijani people live today the happiest days under his leadership and government towards the construction process after the hardship.
How not, The founder, Heydar Alireza Oglu Aliyev, gave everything for the sake of his homeland, since his birth on May 10, 1923 in the ancient city of Nakhchivan in Azerbaijan, until he reached the age of eighty in 2003, when he died at the age of nearly 80, He was never late to serve his country for a moment.

And what every Azerbaijani citizen carries is aware of his homeland status the blood, souls, efforts, ideas and obstacles that were spent for.
Today, in this centenary of the leader Heydar Aliyev, Allah have Mercy on him, and with these great achievements, his name has been inscribed in the history of Azerbaijan with the water of springs, as well as the water of gold.
We hope that every year, Azerbaijan is in good, and from good to good, and may Allah have mercy on the soul of Heydar Aliyev, and grant him the highest paradise.
