IEPF's EORE team continues the "Explosive Ordnance Risk Education" project in Tartar district.
Ednews reports that on September 5 and 6 "Explosive Ordnance Risk Education" in IDP Communities in Fuzuli, Aghjabedi, Beylagan, Aghdam, Tartar and Barda Regions" was carried out by the International Eurasia Press Fund with the financial support of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees. The staff working in the project continued EORE trainings for families relocated within the framework of the "Great Return" program in Shikharkh settlement of Tartar region.
Within the framework of the project implemented with the support of the Mine Action Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan (ANAMA), a series of trainings were held in Shikharkh settlement by Ruslan Ibrahimbeyli, the head of the training group of the EORE team of the IEPF, and the trainer Raul Binnetzade. At the same time, trainers John Ayomide, Vugar Shahbazov and Akbar Habibov also participated in the training.
It should be noted that the main goal of EORE exercises is to educate the people who will participate in the process of returning to Karabakh and the regions affected by the war, as well as the workers working in those fields and various farms, on the danger of mines and explosives and to increase their knowledge. In this direction, the work on the "Explosive Ordnance Risk Education" Project of IEPF continues in 6 districts - Fuzuli, Aghjabedi, Beylagan, Aghdam, Tartar and Barda districts with the financial allocation of UNHCR and the support of ANAMA.
