The United States Department of State and the Department of Treasury announced on Tuesday measures against a global network that helped Hezbollah and "Specially Designated Global Terrorist Nazem Said Ahmad" evade sanctions.
Ednews reports citing CNN that US Secretary of State Antony Blinken said in a statement that the network allegedly facilitated "the payment, shipment, and delivery of cash, art, and luxury goods" for the group and Ahmad. "The Treasury Department is designating this network and the State Department is re-advertising its reward offer of up to $10 million for information on Hizballah's financial mechanisms, including Ahmad,"he added.
