Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin stated on Friday that some of the proposals China made on solving the conflict in Ukraine could and should be used for future negotiations on that matter, Ednews reports citing Reuters.
"First of all, we are grateful to our Chinese partners for their sincere intention, desire to contribute to the solution of the Ukrainian crisis," Galuzin told RT. "Some of the provisions of the peace plan presented by our Chinese colleagues can be the basis for future peace efforts."
Earlier this month, China stated it is in contact with all the relevant parties involved in the conflict in Ukraine, including Kiev, amid criticism it is being one-sided and allying with Russia.
