Russia's Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev said on Friday that the war in Ukraine will be "very long," estimating it could last "for decades." He said that, as long as "Nazis" are in power in Ukraine, "there will be, say, three years of truce, two years of conflict, and everything will happen again."
EDnews reports that commenting on the 2024 United States presidential election, Medvedev said Republican frontrunner and former President Donald Trump is "a good guy, but a coward," according to RIA Novosti. He added that "the main thing is not to elect a guy with dementia," possibly referring to President Joe Biden. Medvedev also said that Twitter CEO Elon Musk should "launch a campaign to change the constitution" to be able to run for president. Musk is not eligible as he was born outside of the US.
