French Minister of Interior Gerald Darmanin said on Wednesday that 150 people were detained in the overnight clashes with police in a Paris suburb of Nanterre.
"A night of unbearable violence against symbols of the Republic: town halls, schools and police stations set on fire or attacked," the minister wrote in a Twitter post.
Namely, the riots continued for the second day in the Paris suburb following the fatal shooting of a 17-year-old delivery driver by a police officer on June 27.
