Russian Ministry of Defense said on Friday in a Telegram post that a second rocket launched by the Ukrainian forces was intercepted near the city of Azov, located in Russia's Rostov Oblast.
According to the ministry, Russia's air defense systems hit the target, with the missile fragments falling in "a deserted area."
Andrey Fateev, the head of the administration of the city of Taganrog, where the first rocket exploded, wrote on his Telegram account that a state of emergency will be declared due to the most recent happenings.
