Amir Dan Rubin stepped down from the role of CEO at Amazon-owned One Medical, CNBC reported on Friday, citing a memo by Amazon Health Services Senior Vice President Neil Lindsay.
"I want to share with you all that after six plus years as CEO of One Medical, helping guide the organization to new levels of impact, Amir Dan Rubin has decided to leave One Medical later this year," Lindsay said in the internal memo and added One Medical's COO Trent Green will replace Rubin.
Amazon completed the $3.9-billion acquisition of One Medical in February after announcing it in July 2022.
