Diplomatic relations with the European Union should be suspended, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council Dmitry Medvedev said on Telegram, Ednews reports citing Oreanda News.
On September 10, the European Union banned Russians from entering with personal smartphones and cars.
According to Medvedev, Moscow does not need to apply symmetrical measures against Europeans. "We are not racists, unlike many leaders of those countries," he said.
