United States President Joe Biden said that his position on Taiwan's sovereignty remains in not supporting its independence from mainland China.
Asked by AP reporter Seung Min Kim what his perceptions were about the latest results in Taiwan, Biden replied with a simple and straight "We do not support independence," as he was leaving the White House toward the country retreat Camp David.
