Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov underlined on Wednesday that although Russia did benefit from Donald Trump's presidency, there existed a level of "dialogue" between Washington and Moscow.
"On the contrary, more and more restrictions were introduced under Trump. Nevertheless, there was dialogue," Peskov told reporters.
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev previously stressed that the present state of affairs between Moscow and Washington surpasses the tension witnessed during the 1962 Cuban missile crisis.
