Representatives of the Defense Ministries of Armenia, Greece and Cyprus, following consultations, have signed a program of trilateral military cooperation, according to the press service of the Armenian Defense Ministry, Ednews informs referring to Sputnik-Armenia.
The trilateral military cooperation program includes a number of events in Armenia, Greece and Cyprus.
The parties reaffirmed their readiness to take joint steps to strengthen the defense capability and military security of the three countries.
The consultations took place on July 5 in Cyprus. From the Armenian side, they were attended by a delegation led by the head of the Department of Defense Policy and International Cooperation of the Defense Ministry Levon Ayvazyan. The meeting participants discussed a number of security issues and issues of cooperation.
