During the wedding viewers and onlookers were keen to uncover any sly exchanges between the Royals, in a bid to uncover all details about the incredible occasion.
But, it has been revealed the pair exchanged caring words just moments before they got hitched.
Daniel Martin, Meghan’s make-up artist, shared his experience working on the day – while giving a rare glimpse into the intimate world of the Royals.
He told People magazine: “It was just like hanging out with your friend on her wedding day.
“The last thing they said to each other was, ‘see you on the other side’.”
Daniel then revealed the ginger prince had a quick word with him, and praised his talents.
He added: “After the ceremony, Harry kept saying thank you.
“He was thanking me for making her look like herself."
Since getting hitched the pair have carried out several duties on behalf of the Royal Family.
Meghan has already developed a strong bond with the Queen after she accompanied Her Maj for the official opening of the Mersey Gateway Bridge and Storehouse Theatre in Cheshire.
