This phase of negotiations raised more questions than gave answers, secretary of Prosperous Amrenia faction Arman Abovyan told the reporters today, Eurasia Diary reports citing Aysor.
“I understand that there exists ethics of diplomatic silence and I am not trying to analyze what we do not know yet, but I consider it important to emphasize an episode which is currently being widely discussed. I have learnt from the European press that in future provisions relating to joint living will be proposed,” Abovyan said.
He said it is spoken about creation of special zones in some territories of Artsakh Republic where Armenians and Azeris will live together.
“I am against such methodology as it will do no good but minimum will create a tension,” Abovyan said.
