Negotiations between Azerbaijan and Armenia are underway in Brussels.
Ednews.net reports that this was said by Toivo Klaar, the special representative of the European Union for the South Caucasus.
Klaar did not reveal the specific dates of the Brussels talks:
"But, of course, we are working in this direction, and that is why I am here in Yerevan."
It should be noted that Klaar is expected to arrive in Baku after Yerevan.
