The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan extended condolences to Morocco regarding the death toll of a large number of deaths as a result of a strong earthquake, Ednews reports.
The Ministry made a post in X in this regard: "We are deeply saddened by the loss of life as a result of an earthquake that struck Morocco. We extend heartfelt condolences to the families of those who lost their lives and wish for a quick recovery for all those who were injured. Our support is with the Government and people of Morocco".
Recalling, on the night of September 8-9, a 6.8-magnitude earthquake struck Morocco. So far, 632 people have died and 329 people have been injured.
