The Russian Community of Azerbaijan sincerely congratulates the President, Supreme Commander-in-Chief Ilham Aliyev, First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, and all the people of Azerbaijan on the successful anti-terror measures conducted in Garabagh, the community said in a statement, Ednews reports.
“Azerbaijan needed only 24 hours to complete this very complicated task. The illegal regime, which kept the Armenians living in Garabagh as hostages and continued to disrupt stability in the region for more than thirty years, was once and for all crushed and capitulated. This victory once again gave Azerbaijan the status of a winning country,” the statement noted.
