Yerevan police used force against members of the Zang movement who held a protest in the Armenian capital, Ednews informs referring to local media.
The police motivated this by the fact that the procession did not take place on the sidewalk. Both men and women were subjected to violence.
Members of the movement have been holding the rally for the third day. They are demanding the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. As part of the rally, they tried several times to set up tents on Republic Square.
The day before, the police arrested six protesters.
